To learn more about Harrison’s back story click here. HOW TO SETUP ELEVATORUP 1. Place THREE CARDS FACE DOWN in front of each player. No one is allowed to look at these cards. 2. Put TWO CARDS FACE UP in front of each player. 3. Then, give each player THREE CARDS AS THEIR HAND. Only that player can look at those cards. 4. Place the remainder of the deck in the center of the table and use the space next to it as the discard pile. 5.   OBJECT OF CHINESE 51:  The object of Chinese 51 is to be the first player to score 500 or more points.  NUMBER OF PLAYERS:  3 or 4 players MATERIALS:  One standard 52-card deck, a way to keep score, and a flat surface. TYPE OF GAME:  Commerce Group Card Game AUDIENCE:  All Ages OVERVIEW OF CHINESE 51 Chinese 51 is a commerce group card game for 3 to 4 people ideally. It can technically be played with 2 to 5 players. The goal of the game is to be the first player to reach 500 or more points or have the highest score if multiple people achieve this at once.  Players can achieve this goal by curating a hand of 5 cards, to be all the same suit. The cards are scored based on their associated values and these points are scored at the end of the round.  SETUP  A starting player should be randomly determined. JAPANESE 51

  OBJECT OF JAPANESE 51:  The object of Japanese 51 is to achieve the highest score over other players.  NUMBER OF PLAYERS:  3 or 4 players MATERIALS:  One standard 52-card deck, and a flat surface. TYPE OF GAME:  Commerce Group Card Game AUDIENCE:  All Ages OVERVIEW OF JAPANESE 51 Japanese 51 is a commerce group card game for 3 or 4 players. It is possible for 2 to 5 players to play, though not ideal. The goal of the game is to have the highest-scoring hand that the end of the game. Players achieve this by trying to gather the highest valued cards possible of the same suit.  Unlike other games, there are not multiple rounds, nor is there a limit for how long or short a game could be. It is completely dependent on players. SETUP  A random dealer is chosen and shuffles the deck. They will deal each player a 5-card hand and deal 5 faceup cards into the discard layout. TYPE OF GAME:  Point-Trick Card Game AUDIENCE:  Adult OVERVIEW OF TARTLI Tartli is a 2-player Point-trick card game. It is played with a Hungarian deck of 32 cards and involves several rounds of play.  The goal of the game is to be the first player to reach the targeted score of either 5 or 10 victory points. this should be determined before the start of the game.  Players can earn victory points by playing through rounds and winning cards worth points. There are also points awarded by declaring melds during the rounds.   OBJECTIVE OF TIME’S UP:  The objective of Time’s Up is to guess as many personalities as possible. NUMBER OF PLAYERS:  4 to 12 MATERIALS:  The cards provided with the game, a sheet of paper and a pencil to record the results of the rounds, and an hourglass or a stopwatch.   OBJECT OF FOUR OF A KIND:  The object of Four of a Kind is to gain four of a kind or have the lowest-ranked hand at the end of the round to win.  NUMBER OF PLAYERS:  4+ players MATERIALS:  One standard 52-card deck, Chips or other forms of bidding material, and a flat surface. TYPE OF GAME:  Betting Card Game AUDIENCE:  All Ages OVERVIEW OF FOUR OF A KIND Four of a Kind is a family-style bidding game. It’s playable with 4 or more players and is usually played for small stakes such as nickels or dimes if any money at all. The goal of each round is to either have four of a kind or the lowest-ranked hand to take part in the pot. Antes will need to be established before the game. SETUP AND BIDDING All players will place their initial antes in the pot. Then a random dealer will shuffle the deck and allow another player to cut.
